i'm so distracted right now.
it's a good part in this weeks NCIS episode.

school was good.
so, i've talked to the principal. 
and they're putting me on a 
504 plan. 
"a 504 plan spells out the modifications and accommodations that will be needed for these students to have an opportunity to perform at the same level as their peers."

'these students' refers to kids who 

"have a physical or mental impairment which substantially limits one or more major life activities"

so there you have it

i'm so happy.

i didn't even know this existed!

so that really brought my spirits up.

i'm glad the school's willing to help.

but i am someone who 

REALLY 

appreciates her friends.

they help me out so much.

even by just being there.

they don't even have to know what's going on with me.

but i do really love them.

i always loved to:

• sing happy songs (hooked to norah jones "man of the hour" and ingrid michaelson's "far away")
• dance to ska music in my living room. 
• be with my friends and laughing with them (god. so so cheesy)
• eat cold pizza and/or chicken wings for breakfast
• listen to new jams my dad brings home. oh bob russ. (tonight's is "Wheedle's Jams")

i am so empty of thoughts today. 

usually i spend the day

jotting down 

notes 

and thoughts

that i might like to post.

but today was my first FULL day 

back at school.

and it went smoothly. 

although i'm still feeling a little

weak from the strain of migraines.

currently, 

in ceramics,

i'm working on this 'pretty big' project. 

clay is not exactly my repertoire. 

but lately,

i've fallen in love with it. 

its so gritty. 

random thought: 

i wish i could have been alive to be on "soul train" with don cornelius. 

funk music is great.
